About the AuthorJim Garland has been an elementary physical education teacher for thirty-one years. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in physical education. He has coached youth and high school basketball, conducted the Motion Concepts Sports Basketball Camps since 1988, and served as a clinician on local, state, and national levels.
